Bart Duurkoop

Bart (1985) is the Office Happiness Manager at SINCERIUS.

He started at SINCERIUS in September 2023. Before joining SINCERIUS, he gained experience as an Office Manager at Incentro. Prior to that, he worked as a Customer Success Manager and Consultant, helping many clients with a focus on retention.

However, he made a deliberate choice to switch to Office Management. The main reason for this is that he realized he is much better suited to tasks involving support and handling ad-hoc matters with quickly visible results, combined with the social aspect, which aligns better with his personality and working style.

In his search for a new challenge, Bart was looking for a company with a fresh and entrepreneurial culture where fun is highly valued. These criteria led him to SINCERIUS! Furthermore, his positive vibes and creative impulses will be a crucial part of SINCERIUS' success.

Bart studied at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam and obtained his bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, and Communication Management here.

In his free time, Bart draws energy from his family, friends, traveling, cultural outings, music, and, whenever possible, the sun.

Fun fact: Bart is his nickname; Hector is his first name on all his official documents. He received the name Hector from his biological parents in Colombia, where he was born. When he was 6 months old, he was adopted by his Dutch parents.
