Teije Ligterink

Teije has joined SINCERIUS in 2023 as HR Assistant. In this role he is actively involved in Recruitment, Learning & Development and Inclusivity & Diversity.

The best part of his job, according to Teije, is to be working for and with people. Thinking creatively about personal development and how to get the most out of people is what excites him most. At SINCERIUS you regularly hear about the work of other departments and you work closely with your fellow colleagues. This social aspect is important to Teije, as it serves as a platform for personal and professional growth.

Besides his work at SINCERIUS Teije is studying the Bsc Management of International Social Challenges and works as a People Data Specialist at AIESEC in The Netherlands. During his studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam he learned about Management in the public sector and project based work. He developed skills such as Presenting, Analytical Thinking, Academic Research and Stakeholder Management.

In his free time Teije enjoys several sporting activities. He plays field hockey every Sunday at Hockeyclub Leonidas. And he often plays 18 holes at Golfcourse Delfland or visits the Driving Range at Seve Rotterdam. Teije also enjoys the occasional racket sport, like tennis, paddel or squash.
