Ciphix & Bizzomate

Ciphix, a Dutch hyperautomation company acquired a shareholding in Bizzomate, a Dutch company that offers low-code software solutions for digitizing and optimizing business processes. This step is part of the buy-and-build strategy that Ciphix initiated in may of 2023 with Mentha Capital to accomplish its growth ambition to become the leading party in European hyperautomation.
