CORIUS Groep & Mohs Klinieken

CORIUS Gruppe, a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners, has acquired Mohs Klinieken, a provider of dermatology and skin cancer treatments. Mohs Klinieken has six locations in the Netherlands, which are specialised in Mohs surgery, a precise surgical technique that is used to treat skin cancer. CORIUS Group is the largest chain of dermatology and phlebology clinics in Germany, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. In the Netherlands, CORIUS Group is active through the labels Mauritskliniek, Kliniek Veldhoven, Ceulen Klinieken, and Dermatologisch Centrum Utrecht.
