Euro Fresh Foods & Heylen Group & Konings-Zuivel

Euro Fresh Foods, a subsidiary of Heylen Group, acquired a shareholding in Konings-Zuivel, a prominent player in dairy import and distribution in the Netherlands (subject to approval by the ACM). In addition, Konings-Zuivel is active in the international distribution of specific FMCG brands in Europe.
