HVEG Fashion Group acquired a shareholding in RNF GROUP (subject to approval by the ACM). RNF Group is an international market player within the footwear and apparel industry. Alongside the Mexx brand, the company is known for its own brands Shabbies and Fred de la Bretoniere. Additionally, several licenses fall under RNF including brands such as Umbro and Pantofola d’Oro.

HVEG Fashion Group consists of several renowned Dutch and German fashion and accessories companies. This transaction further fulfils HVEG’s growth strategy and its ambition to create a one-stop-shop for a growing international customer base.
