Mentha Capital acquired a shareholding in 200° Fahrenheit

OFYR, a Dutch manufacturer of high-end outdoor cooking appliances, merged with 200° Fahrenheit, a Dutch producer of ceramic (kamado) barbecues with brand names including The Bastard, Grill Guru, and Grizzly Grill.

The merger is backed by investment partner Mentha Capital, which already invested in OFYR in 2018. Through the merger one of Europe’s largest independent players in the field of outdoor cooking and barbecues is formed. Together, the companies operate in over 40 countries worldwide, with a strong presence in Europe.
