Pankas & Strukton & Ooms Producten
The Danish road construction group Pankas and Dutch construction engineering company Strukton have entered into an agreement for the acquisition of Ooms Producten. Ooms Producten is a leading producer in the premium segment of modified bitumen and related bitumen products used in airports, ports, roads, and industrial applications. The acquisition will strengthen Pankas’ European market position.
