VE Partners acquired a shareholding in NRV Group. NRV group comprises NRV and 1TIS. NRV is a Dutch market leader in tours and offers over 530 tours to 65 different destinations. NRV is the largest provider within the segments of group tours, individual tours, family tours, and cruises. 1TIS offers self-developed software for the travel industry. The software optimises the workflow of travel agencies, from selling trips to managing the back-office. VE Partners and NRV will collaborate on expanding the range of services in the travel industry and increasing the number of destinations and tours.
