SINCERIUS was founded in 2010 out of a desire to make financial due diligence more accessible, effective and innovative. We combine our expertise with the agility and pricing of a due diligence boutique. We have grown into a team of 50 professionals and are involved in more than 150 transactions per year.

Our data-driven approach

During financial due diligence investigations, we make complex data understandable using our data analysis skills and Business Insight by SINCERIUS. We developed this platform from our due diligence practice, combined with the innovation of our BI experts. This allows us to perform even more in-depth and efficient due diligence.


With Business Insight by SINCERIUS, we also apply this approach to our clients' daily processes. We unlock data sources and make financial and operational performance transparent in real time. This enables organisations to continuously perform detailed analyses and make substantiated, data-driven decisions.
