Christiaan Defauw

Christiaan is a Partner at SINCERIUS. He started his professional career at SINCERIUS in 2016. Since then, he has gained extensive experience on around 130-140 transactions as a due diligence advisor for both private equity and corporate clients, with a focus on complex vendor due diligence projects.

Christiaan holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Amsterdam and an LLM in Financial Law from Erasmus University, during which he also studied as a visiting scholar at Vanderbilt University. During his studies, he also served as a board member for various financial and economic student associations.

In his spare time, Christiaan gets his energy from cycling, cooking, and exploring new places.
