Jesper de Groot

Jesper has been working as a consultant at SINCERIUS since 2025, where he is involved in various due diligence projects. He obtained a bachelor's degree in Econometrics and Operations Research from the University of Groningen and a master's degree in Financial Econometrics from the University of Amsterdam.

During his studies, Jesper worked at a trading firm in Amsterdam, where he gained over 2.5 years of experience in the financial markets. After this period, he decided to transition to M&A consultancy to apply his analytical skills more broadly, get to know various sectors up close, and work more closely with clients. Drawing on his academic background and experience in the trading industry, Jesper brings strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and a data-driven approach to his work at SINCERIUS.

In his spare time, Jesper enjoys being active with sports, both as a participant and a spectator, loves discovering and brewing unique craft beers, and enjoys playing board games in the company of friends and family.
