Koen Vermoere

Koen has been a Partner at SINCERIUS since 2026 and possesses 25 years of expertise in Belgian and international transactions for both private equity parties and corporate clients. After obtaining his Master's in Business Engineering, he began his career as an auditor. Four years later, he made the transition to PwC's Deals / Transaction Services team, where he progressed to the role of Managing Director. In that role, he also held responsibility for human resources, recruitment, and learning & development, among other areas.

Throughout his career, Koen has guided a large number of buy- and sell-side financial due diligence projects for small, medium, and large enterprises across a broad spectrum of sectors. In addition, he has extensive expertise in buy-and-build strategies, carve-outs, refinancings, and restructurings.

Alongside his in-depth knowledge of the Belgian M&A market and his strong local network, Koen has also gained international transaction experience in countries including the Netherlands and Australia.
