Marc van Galen

Marc works as a Senior Consultant in Financial Due Diligence at SINCERIUS. Following an international internship in Berlin and an exchange in Thailand, he completed his master's in Strategic Management at the Rotterdam School of Management. During his studies, his interest in the financial world developed, resulting in a focus on financial markets and corporate strategy.

Marc's academic background laid the foundation for quantitatively analysing financial data. Prior to graduating, he researched the impact of founder experience on the financing of cleantech companies. He enjoys applying this combination of strategic insight and analytical skills to his work for SINCERIUS.

Marc particularly values the project-based way of working at SINCERIUS, where he collaborates with ambitious colleagues. The variety of projects and the relatively short turnaround times ensure that he quickly learns a lot about different sectors. He finds it challenging to analyse complex financial data and to provide valuable insights that contribute to clients' strategic decisions.

In his free time, Marc likes to stay active and socialise. He enjoys travelling and discovering new cultures, which broadens his horizons and offers him new perspectives. Sport also plays a big role in his life; he enjoys playing hockey and regularly goes swimming to keep fit. In addition, he likes to clear his schedule to meet up with friends.
