Vince Delcroix

Vince has been a Director at SINCERIUS since 2026. He obtained his master's degree in Business Economics from KU Leuven and began his career in 2019 within PwC's audit practice. After three years, he made the transition to the Deals / Transaction Services team.

Since then, Vince has built up extensive expertise in financial due diligence, on both the buy and sell side, for multinationals, private equity firms and family businesses of various sizes. In doing so, he regularly worked on cross-border transactions in diverse sectors, building a broad knowledge of various business models and transaction contexts.
