PIA Group & Juyst

The PIA Group, backed by Baltisse, has acquired a shareholding in the Dutch accountancy and advisory firm Juyst. With this move, the group makes its strategic entry into the Limburg region and strengthens its presence in the South of the Netherlands. Juyst, headquartered in Heerlen, employs 75 professionals across four branches, offering services in accountancy, tax advisory, corporate finance, and business consultancy. Juyst will retain its brand name and operational independence, while the management remains in place. Financial details have not been disclosed.
