Value Enhancement Partners (VEP), a Netherlands-based investment firm, has acquired an equity stake in VAB Afbouwgroep, a Dutch specialist in high-quality interior finishing and fit-out works. VAB Afbouwgroep operates in the construction and finishing sector, delivering complex plasterboard, ceilings and turnkey interior solutions for residential and commercial projects. The transaction marks a significant step in VAB Afbouwgroep's growth strategy and is subject to approval by the Dutch competition authority (ACM). All existing shareholders will remain involved in the company, and the entire management team will reinvest alongside VEP, underscoring their joint commitment to the company's future direction.
