Jesper de Groot

Jesper joined SINCERIUS in 2025 as a consultant and is involved in various financial due diligence projects. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Econometrics and Operations Research from the University of Groningen and a master’s degree in Financial Econometrics from the University of Amsterdam.

During his studies, Jesper worked at a trading firm in Amsterdam, where he gained over 2.5 years of experience in the financial markets. After this period, he decided to transition into M&A consultancy to apply his analytical skills more broadly, gain exposure to a diverse range of industries, and work more closely with clients. Drawing on his academic background and experience in the trading industry, Jesper brings a strong analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to his work at SINCERIUS.

In his spare time, Jesper enjoys both playing and watching sports, discovering and brewing unique craft beers, and spending time with friends and family over a good board game.
